Dear Families and Friends of PJFC,

Please see below for some important information for those planning to attend our registration day at the Pitcher Park clubrooms tomorrow morning. 

Date: Sunday February 17th

 9.00 – 10.00am          Boys Under 8 Registrations

10.00 - 11.00am         Girls Under 10 Registrations

11:00am – 12.00pm   New Player Registrations

Under 8 Boys (9:00am – 10:00am)

Feedback received to date suggests that demand for places in the under 8 boys team will exceed the number of places available (24 max) so please be aware, that in line with club policy, we will register players on a first come, first served basis in the following order of priority:

First priority will be given to Alphington Auskick players that have a sibling currently playing with PJFC; followed by all currently registered Alphington Auskick players. 

The above group of players will be registered in the opening session between 9:00 and 10:00am. No other players will be registered during this time.

Should any places in the under 8 team not be filled by that time then anyone attending will have a chance to secure those spots on a first come, first serve basis during the 11:00-12:00 registration period.  

Under 10 Girls (10:00am – 11:00am)

At this stage we expect to be able to field 2 teams made up of girls aged 7-10 so we look forward to seeing lots of families at the registration table between 10:00-11:00am. 

New players wishing to join other age groups (11:00am – 12:00pm)

We have identified limited availabilities for places in some of our other teams. Where places are available (including unfilled places in U8 boys and U10 girls) they will be offered first to players on our waitlists, followed by players attending in order of arrival. These registrations will be taken between 11:00am-12:00pm
