1.Training in March

Our February KICKSTART program has successfully concluded.

For March we will move to team-based pre-season training to the John Cain soccer pitches (opposite Bunnings) until cricket rolls off Pitcher Park

Your TM/coach will communicate times separately through WattsApp etc (remember to include any new players as we move through this clunky transitional/registration phase) until our TeamApp playing lists are finalised for 2024.

Brad Stammers (footyops@pjfc.com.au) is currently finalising the longer-term winter training slots to be advised next week.

2.Team Managers required

We are looking for volunteers for boys U9s/U12s and girls U13s/U15s.

These teams are well subscribed for kids but won’t be able to get on the park without some urgent assistance.

3.Junior Festival of Footy, clinics and fetes

Watch this space for our junior team kick-off morning for March 17 (U11s and below).

Parkside will also be prominent at the St Anthony’s fair this Friday and conducting school clinics next week at Alphington and St Anthony’s. Thanks to Mike Metzner for putting the program together.

4.Mouthguard Man, Bootswap and Sportsmart VIP week

Mouthguard fittings and Bootswap is next Thursday 7th
at Pitcher Park 5.30-7.30.
