Hi everyone.

Winter has set in and footy is back this weekend! A few announcements;


1. Round 10 and PSE 3 (June23) – celebrating PJFC female footy!

During R10 we’ll be acknowledging and celebrating our amazing female footy program concluding with some activities and special guests at our 3rd Pleasant Sunday Evening. 

Parkside JFC proudly fields 4 female teams along with a thriving AUSKICK development squad. We also have a female pathway program through to our growing VAFA senior women’s team.  

I hope to see everyone on June 23 at Pitcher Park 5.30pm. More details to come.


2.Vilification

The YJFL has reported a disappointing spike in vilification cases this year.

Can I please urge parents and coaches to reinforce Parkside’s non-acceptance of racist, homophobic or other demeaning slurs.

Cases are fully investigated, with typically adverse outcomes for all parties involved.  

Parkside’s RECIPE values promote Respect and Inclusion for all players, opponents and officials.


3.Merch

As mentioned in Devils in Detail, the club has sponsors warm-up tops for sale in kids/adults sizes for immediate purchase along with our standard merch items. Use the Stack website to order.


4.Local AFL School Holiday programs (for 5-12 year olds) 

Dear Parents/Guardians,

The NAB AFL School Holiday Program offers a dynamic blend of footy skills, engaging activities, and exciting challenges for 5 to 12 year olds.

With multiple options available, you are sure to find the perfect fit for you and your mates! Here’s what’s on offer:
