Jen Pettenon, Mum to Parkside boys Max (U12) and Ben (U10) will be our speaker at the next Parkside in Business breakfast.
Jen has a remarkable story to share of her past 12 months on the bike. Jen took up road racing just over a year ago and within six months of her first race was signed to an Australian Domestic Racing Team. This led to her competing across Australia in the National Road series.
Her incredible year was capped off with a 2nd place at the Masters Gran Fondo Champs in Italy, a top ten result in the Individual Time Trial at the Australian National Championships and in securing a spot on the team to ride the Santos Tour Down Under, a World Tour Event.
Come along to hear Jen chat over breakfast about her experience of joining the Elite women’s cycling ranks 20 years later than most of the peloton.
